keep no point or low point foods fo snacking. yoghurts are 1pp the lemon lime mousse is 2pp and delish! They have eclairs in the frozen section that are 2pp each!
Fruit is obviously 0pp so maybe have an apple, cut it into wedges and eat it slowly, a few grapes etc.
Their crisps are 2pp a pack, my favourite thing at the moment thanks to Hannata are the sundried tomato savoury biscuits, pack of 2 is 2pp and the little individual snack size philly light is fairly low point (can't remember off the top of my head! or 1 pack of melba toast is 2pp I think. There are lots of fairly low point snacks that you can have without doing any damage!
You could use your weeklies for the evenings if you wanted that would give you 7 extra points a day to play with, you could have a snackfest every evening if you wanted!
