Help, I have a night out coming up

Hi all,

As the title says, I have a night out coming up, well when I say coming up I mean next month i.e Mother's day.

I would really like to go out for this meal, but quite clueless as to what to eat.

I know it needs to be protein and greens, so a chicken salad would be the best option, but can I have tomatoes and other typical salad ingredients?

Also Can I have low calorie alcholic drink, if so which one?

It needs to be protein, ie fish or chicken, and green veg or salad, tomato has higher carbs in it than green veg/salad

Alchol is a no no on SS, can make you poorly, I would stick to mineral water, or at worst coke zero.

Its not worth sabbotage, there will be many mothers days to come x

Why not do something other than go to a restaurant?
A night at the theatre maybe or bowling. Or how about a day of pampering in a beauty salon instead, loads do special deals for mothers day.

Thats a good idea why not go out for a non food related outing.

This diet makes you realise how we celebrate everything with food.

My next biggie is my anniversary but we decided we will go out to the cinema and then home rather than a nice meal.

Like someone said there are lots of anniversaries etc to come and I want to celebrate the next few at my goal weight :)
