Help!! I've got the munchies

just try eat low pointed snacks,,says me who's going to have to get on the exercise bike in a min to stop me from eating,,i've 4 points left for today,,first time in ages i've so little left so early:(
Stock up on low PP snacks for the days when you get a bout of the munchies.

Thanks guys, i have just had one of those days where nothing has satisfied my sweet tooth! Fortunately hav tracked everything and used my weekly points so fingers crossed that i havent done too much damage!
i made fat free jelly,,so having that in a min:)
