I cant stop eating, i havent done this for a while but anything chocolatey or sugary does not stand a chance this afternoon.

Fortunately, i have the weeklies to cover what i have eaten so far but i thought i had got over this snacking business.

Any ideas or thoughts??

just try eat low pointed snacks,,says me who's going to have to get on the exercise bike in a min to stop me from eating,,i've 4 points left for today,,first time in ages i've so little left so early:(

Stock up on low PP snacks for the days when you get a bout of the munchies.

I love WW Carrot slice or Lemon slice,

have some fruit & cup of tea - fills u up quite well. Other than that u just need to stay busy!

Thanks guys, i have just had one of those days where nothing has satisfied my sweet tooth! Fortunately hav tracked everything and used my weekly points so fingers crossed that i havent done too much damage!
