what can I do to get my mind of eating rubbish tonight? I just keep thinking of the hula hoop crisps up in the cupboard. I have just done 10 minutes Of actual hula hooping to get my mind of it but now im still thinking of them. I have already given in and had a doughnut earlier! Please help me! :cry:

Paint your nails or get in the bath! put some music on and sing and dance around, distract yourself! You can do it!!!!

thanks, i think ill go for the bath option. Ironing will just make me want to munch out of boredom!I dont know why I just want to eat tonight> Im trying so hard but the more i try not to the more i think about it! xx

You could always go to bed, or just upstirs so that you are far away from the kitcheN!
