Help needed

I'm 16 5'8 140 lbs. I weighed 210 in September. Anyway. My goal weight is 120, I run on Tuesdays/Thursdays and I have Muay Thai on Mondays/Wednesdays. I had a bad weekend. I ate extremely bad, didnt count calories and it's making me feel horrible. How much weight will I gain? And I feel really fat now.. So help needed.
