Help - newbie here !! Is exante the same as cambridge ...???

Hi guys,

I usually do the cambridge diet, but I've just purchased a bulk buy of exante products. Can anyone help me, as in advice please if the diets are the same/ similar? How do the packs taste? I absolutely hate the cambridge packs as I think they all taste awful, does anyone like the exante packs?

Hi, the shakes definitely don't taste the same, i used to do cambridge, but switched to exante for cost reasons.... bit gutted cos i was the opposite to you i loved the cambridge shakes and bars but altho i don't dislike the exante ones they aren't quite as nice, for me anyway, i also don't really like any of the soups from exante, but am excited (yep really actually excited) about tryin exantes new bars cos they look and sound in the description more like the CD ones i love
