Add the points in as you go along, and then devide it by 3 at the end, if you all have equal portions. If you have a slightly bigger or smaller, just adjust accordingly. Go lightly on any cheese if you are using it, because that is what will take up a lot of points.

A top tip with pasta bake would be, add a packet of ready salted crisps with some grated cheese and sprinkle on the top:
1 packet of walkers crisps is only 4 points and u will probably only need half :)
