Hi guys,
I've been invited out for a curry on friday night and am determined not to let the fact that I'm on a diet completely take over my life and am going to go. I was thinking I'd maybe have some tikka chicken for starter (if I can't resist but will try to be strong and just have one course) and a dry curry for main. Definitely stay away from those yummy Naan breads!! I've volunteered to drive so won't be tempted with beer!!
Do you think that would be ok? Any other suggestions welcome... and any advice on how to avoid onion bhajis ha ha
