    im finding this so tough today, i just want to eat so badly. :cry:
    am at work and theres a pizza place right across the road and its all i can think about, i so want a pizza and im hungry. im on day 2 of a restart and my chatterbox is going mental saying 'go on, take the weekend off and enjoy urself and start afresh on monday'. someone please distract me and remind me why im doing this.

    Aww Delli, I'm so sorry nobody noticed your thread hun, you're offline now. Hope you managed to resist the pizza. It will be hard going for the first few days, but try to stay focussed. Once you're in ketosis you'll start to feel more able to avoid temptation hun. Please stick with it, just think how great you'll feel at goal! :) You've got 18bs left to go, YOU CAN DO IT OKAY?

    hey mrs d, thanks for the kind words. was freaking out a few hours ago but had a cappacino shake and a pint of hot water and it really has helped!! feel a bit calmer now, am pretty sure im gonna make it thru tonite ok. first 3 days are the worst for me, so should be fine after 2mara.

    No problem Delli :D I hate to think of anyone feeling that they haven't got any support. You've said such lovely things to others when they've needed a confidence boost too. :D
