Help!!

I'm going out for a meal tomorrow night with OH's family and after scowering the menu I'm really stumped. There doesn't seem to be anything I'd class as healthy except a side salad, and I'm not just eating that. I've only been doing SW for 3 weeks so if someone could help me pick something that isn't too synful I'd really appreciate it! for a starter - prawn cocktail or smoked salmon - both without the dressing

main course - gammon steak without the onion rings, red snapper without the sauce, salmon, any of the steaks

ask for no sauce or sauce on the side, so you can just have a little taste.

talk to the waiter, explain you are on a low-fat diet, and get them on your side.

they don't say what the desserts are, so can't help there.
 
Well in the end they had a Sunday carvery option, so I went for that and syned the roasties and gravy.
