Well a old friend is coming to visit tomorrow and wants to go out, going for Indian as seems to be the best place to eat out (other than harvesters Simply Chicken) as long as i dont have rice, chips or nann!

Any other suggestions to cut down on syns?

Well mate went for a Curry last night so going to Harvester, is Simply Chicken free with a hexB as long as i dont have butter on the spud?

Also decided not to have any beer neither, gonna be tough but sure I can do it!

Been really naughty tonight, went out thinking i would be on the diet coke and simply chicken but turned out to have 4 pints and a big fat indian curry, feel like **** now but know ive just gotta pick myself up and make up for it over the next week!

hey ian never worry about it. we all get tempted now and then, just start again in the morning and aim for 100%

Need more superfree.

Maybe some fruit with your yoghurt in the morning and either mote veggies with your meals or have some fruit as a pud.

Most of your meals seem to be missing 1/3 superfree.

Other than that you seem to have the hang of it.

I know i need some more superfree but find it hard as i dont like fruit, i do try and have alot of veg though

Being naughty today but in a diff way... Only had a muller light and supernoodles (3.5) and doubt ill have anything else to make up for yesterday

Back to normal tomorrow though

I remember eating Nasi Goreng in Singapore in 1966, they served it to you on a Banana leaf (you didn't eat that).
Will give it a go and see if it brings back memories. :)

weighed myself this morning and lost some more weight which im pleased about but also a little worried as its dropping off a bit to fast, suppose not using my syns is the reason so ill be sure to use them up over the weekend!
