Helsbels - getting back on the wagon!

Wednesday 5th December

Today was going to try SE and it started off ok but then have moved to EE day

Breakfast
Sachet porridge (HEB)
Coconut milk (HEA)
Strawberrys

Lunch
Homemade carrot and coriander soup
Rice/spinach/cucumber/chicken

Dinner
Quorn mince and onions
Roast potato/parsnip
Brussel sprouts/leeks (1tsp luprak lighter 1.5 syns)

Snacks
Seafood (lol) sticks
Choc and cherry muller light (1.5 syns)

Total syns = 3

Not holding out much hope for WI tomorrow - bloated again, it always happens second part of cycle (sorry TMI) will be happy to STS this week

Had a couple of days off (again!). Put on 1lb at WI last week so thats 2lb back on :cry:Thursday i spent all day eating crap - damn xmas treats and then had take away tea!!!!! Friday had a cupcake (bought a load because all money went to cancer research), so yesterday back on track..........

Saturday

Breakfast - 1 wholemeal bun (HEB) 2 bacon medallions/mushrooms/1 egg/1tsp lurpak lighter (1.5 syns)
Lunch - none
Dinner - Homemade meatballs (0.5 syns for sausage meat)/pasta/homemade tom sauce (3 syns for oil)
Total syns = 5

Today

Breakfast - 1 w/m bun (HEB)/2 bacon medallions/1 egg/mushrooms/1 tsp lurpak lighter (1.5 syns)
Lunch - salad
Dinner - home made chicken madras (3 for oil)/rice/salad/fat free yoghurt

Total syns = 4.5

Monday 10th December

EE Day

Havent eaten much today because one of my fur-babies has been poorly and ive been worried sick :cry:

Breakfast - Hifi bar (HEB)
Dinner - Warburtons sqaure wrap (9.5 syns) mozzarella (HEA) cherry toms/BNS
 
Tuesday 11th December

EE day - had a little bit more to eat today though couldnt be bothered :(

Breakfast - HIFI bar (HEB)

Lunch - M&S sushi (1.5 syns)/Mugshot

Dinner - Jacket pot with 1 tsp lurpak lighter (1.5 syns)/quorn fillets/cheese (HEA)/salad

Snacks - Carrots and houmous (2.5 syns)/cup of bovril (OMG it was amazing!)

Total syns = 5.5

Have made lunch for tomorrow instead of taking in another mugshot - am eating far too many because have been a lazy bint!
 
Wednesday 12th December

EE day

Breakfast
1st attempt at SW magic porridge pancakes and they were awful! Straight in the bin so had M&S sushi instead (1.5 syns)

Cous cous/quorn fillet/spinach salad

Homemade spag bol/extra mushrooms & onions/pasta/asparagus/courgette/parmesan cheese (HEA)

WI tomorrow - not holding my breath!
 
Thursday 13th December - WI and lost 2.5lb well chuffed with that!

Monday 17th December

Well today started out with good intentions but all of that went to pot at lunch time and now going out to wagamamas for tea - but do you know what sod it! The world might end on Friday and i intend to enjoy my dinner tonight - if it doesnt then i'll deal with the consequences (and the syns from xmas) next week, my mantra today is live for the moment lol (might be different when find out have put on 7lb+ next week though!!!)
