herbalife problems and solutions

sooo is there anybody experiencing problems on herbalife? I would love to hear so at least I wouldnt feel alone.
I had very bad cramping when I took the fiber pill.
Does the peeing ever stop!!!! The more I drink the thirstier I feel...and the more I pee , driving me mad!
And why cant I get all the products and flavors in every country?? irritating
ooo now I feel better and its time to pee again. please please share

im used to peeing alot with how much water i drink, i dont take the tablets much so i cant say ive had that with them!

im peeing constantly too, which for me is a nightmare in work as im a telephonist, more peeing=more time on busy, which wont go down well with the bosses, i have to really hold it in til im desperate and then go. Cant say iv had cramps but i have had a few headaches (im in detox)

1 problem i have found is that the shakes seem quite 'powdery' iv reduced the ammount of formula powder im putting in to 1 instead of 2 and they taste much better, but dont know if the diet will work in the same way?
