B, 2 boiled eggs, slice toast
L, Chunky Minestrone Soup (SW) recipe, apple
D, Pork with mustard onions (0.5 syn), potatoes and broccoli.
Small piece 70% dark chocolate (2 syns)
Small glass white wine (4 syns)
Total 6.5
 
Hi, looks good to me, are on EE or Red and Green?
 
On EE, I do try to have plenty of fruit and veg, will put down everything in future. x

Mid-afternoon, Satsuma & Apple
Supper, Spaghetti bolognaise, fresh strawberries and
vanilla Mullerlight yogurt. Small piece of 70% dark chocolate (2syns)

Mid-afternoon, 2 Ryvitas, plain, not sure if this is the other half of HEb + 1 syn or 2 syns but will count as 2

D, Salmon with red pepper and caper topping + new potatoes and broccoli, mullerlight yogurt. Small piece of 70% chocolate (2syns)

Supper: Tasty chicken with mash ( potato & cauliflower), broccoli and green beans. Mullerlight yogurt and small piece of 70% chocolate (2syns)
Lots of food today for only 2 syns!

MidAfternoon, satsuma, crusts off my grandson's toast HE1/2
D: Steak, new potato, tomato, mushrooms, broccoli.
Strawberries and mullerlight yogurt. Small piece of 70% chocolate (2 syns). 3 small glasses of white wine (12 syns)
Total 14 syns. Wine only allowed at weekends
