a sts which i was pleased with as i wasnt that good this week so am trying a different tactic this week ,am dividing my weeklies up equally taking 36pp a day rather than 29pp am also upping the exercise and trying to walk more am getting to lazy and ringing dad to pick me up from work so unless its raining dads taxis have gone on strike lol , thats the plan so heres hoping i stick to it :D

not to bad , thanks u ? have wi tomorrow morning and the only days i have been 100% are yesterday and today so it will be an miricale if i have lost anything:) am now weighing from home and just putting money in a jar to pay myself instead of ww . by the time i get to goal i will hopefully be worth a small fortune :D(might be able to get the train to dublin for the day ) hope you are well x

I do like reading but I go thru phases.. Am reading one at the minute.. Is she Better Off Without Him.. Duno if i'd recommend it, tho I am enjoying reading it... I kno that sounds strange... :D
I dont like Cecelia Ahearne's books tho.. I love Melissa Hill... And I love true crime.. Big diff there I kno.. lol

My evening was good I watched tv and read. Had wi this morning and have lost a pound. Don't know how on eartrh that happened as I was not that good. Must have done something right! How's ww goin for u ?

Well as you'll see from my diary I had quite a bold weekend. Had planned to give myself Saturday off plan. Was having a girls night out with xfactor, pizza and lotza drinks.. But then the hangover kicked in and so did the junk food.. Tho I didn't go over on Sunday I didn't make good food choices.. And Monday my BF took me to dinner to all plans to get back on track were gone!!
Went on a walk tho last night even tho all I wanted was to climb into bed as I had (have) the worst headache.. And had tonnes of roasted veg for dinner half a chicken fillet (cooked a full one but filled up too much on the veg so cudn't eat it all).. Then I munched a WHOLE PACK of biscuits.. The new fox's mini vienesse ones?? They're yummy but its clear I can't hav yumminess near me while watching tv with a cup of tea :( Still didn't go over my allowance tho so that's something I s'pose...
