after being away from class for 3 weeks i only had a half pound gain so i was pleasantly surprised as i thought i would hav had more . got my new 12 week tracker witch will take me up to holiday and am raring to go;)

Have just spotted a 'crunchie' at 5 PP though - I love crunchies and haven't had one for ages. I think that will be my Sunday night treat!

put on a pound tonight:( , dont really know why as i walked miles and tracked but its a new week and am going to track track track drink aswell as food , i think the reason i put on was because of all the d.coke i drink am def going to try and drink less , should have gone off i for lent !!!!!

Ah hard luck Bookworm,
Did you walk a lot more than usual - could it be water weight around your muscles? I'm trying to cut down on NAS squashes and have more water. I stick a slice of lemon in which makes it a bit better, but I still can't convince myself it's nicer than the squash yet!
I'm sure you'll soon have that pound off, and some more!
