hi moonwatcher yes i walked alot more than normal but really thought i had lost as my clothes felt loser , prob lost inces and toned up which i suppose is good hopefully it will even itself out and show as a loss next week x

havent been on here for last few days but have been tracking my little socks off:D ,normally go to class on a wed night but was off this morning and decided to go to another class ...lost 3lbs this week hapy bunny . my scales are the exact same as ww ones so have decided to wi myself the weeks i cant get to jackies class , can be strict with myself when i want to be hehe .no more night classes for me :party0049:( still having treat night on a wed night ) hope i dont get afternoons off for awhile , love the new class and the leader is so nice and motivational .

had wi this morning and had a pound on but having stayed to the class i think i know why i am not losing the recomennded 1-2 pound a week , am eating so much on a wed night not counting that that its effecting my next wi so am starting afresh this week from the minute i get off the scales to see if that makes a difference , oh and drink more water .
