hey hun welcome!
i was a cyclist at your age and trained everyday very intensely and stopped due to injury and piled the weight on so i know how you feel! your diet looks good if you think u can stick to it, thin about snacks ie fruit etc as eating healthy low cal snacks often during meals will help u be more successfull.. if u know your going to college etc and theres only junk food around take fruit from home as theres nothing worse than being hungry with no options! try if you can to change your drinks to diet or better water, or atleast up your water intake.. try to have a big glass of water with your meal as alot of the time we eat when were thirsty. if you dont mind it try swaping your milk to skimmed if you havent already and limit your bread to about 2 slices a day. swap cooking oil for frylight spray, you can make really nice chip this way.. i think if you make healthy swaps like you have doen with the brown rice etc youll find that not only will the weight come off but you will get into healthy habits to keep it off.
good luck hun

Hey and welcome to the forum.
Good luck with losing the weight.
Your diet looks good to me but I would suggest adding more fruit and veg everyday as you dont really have many on there, try and aim for your 5 portions a day :)
