Hi All :) Newbie Here! What Are The Main Veg And Protein We're Allowed?

I ordered a sample pack last week and have started it yesterday. I'm an old CD bod and so I've just automatically been doing 3 packs without realising if I do 3 I should have protein (I think) if not then it should be 4 packs. What veg are we allowed and what weights of each? Are people "slack" on these weights or do they stick to them 100%? And also what protein and weights, are we allowed salmon?

all that info will be on the sheet you recieved with your sample pack, if not on our stickys at the top :)
 
Hiya, I looked at the stickys and the links, one of which was meant to be about the protein and veg but it came up with the nitritional value of all the packets. I've just tried to look around the webby but I'm stumped. Has someone got a working link to the veg and protein allowed please?
 
They seem to have changed the link on the website from the instructions / protein and veg option to the nutritional info :confused:
