Hi, another newbie onboard

hey everyone, a friend of mine told me about this site and it is amazing.....

I am starting out on my lipotrim quest on monday, just trying to make sure i am in the right frame of mind, everyone seems so positive and does really well.

i am aiming to lose 3 stone, so fingers crossed.

if anyone has any good advice for a novice starting out feel free to tell me ha ha, i heard the 1st week can be torture.

Welcome to the forum and congratualtions at taking the first step to the new you.... If you startd on monday and are still feeling ok i would say you were over the worst now so pretty much plain sailing from here.
Keep your water intake between 4 - 10 pints and sit back and watch the wieght fall off
hi nictastic, i not staring til next monday chemist has to order in the shakes for me, decided just to take 7 of each dont really fancy the soup much i not really a soup person anyways.... your doing great by the way :) x

i read so much about the water intake, i gonna start increasing it over the weekend as i dont really drink much just now gonna be a shock to the system... is there nothing you can put in it to taste better??

its a fantastic diet with great results if stuck to, just remember water, water, water and this site and you will be fine wishing you all the best X
You dont have to have a hard time in the first week many just sail through witholut an issue good luck x

I have just started again on Weds, my advice would be to get yourself a good blender, some ice and make -up the rest with water, try out different consistencies until you get the one that tastes good to you. Always have cold water in the fridge and keep yourself busy - Oh and don't let anyone dissuade you from your personal goal. !!! they are out there ....

Welcome onboard the LT train.... chooooo choooooo... Just a newbie myself! I have just finished week 1 tonight and it isnt that bad at all! I am so excited about loosing my weight - so it keeps me going - and the people here are brilliant!

I will definitaty start cutting down carbs this weekend try and make as easy a transition as poss, i already got some ppl telling me im mad for trying this but hey there is always one x
