well i have had a good week up to now have not been putting it on mfp as im working overtime just not had time so have been using the old pen and paper and do you know if felt good like being back at school lolololol

morning everyone had a lovely weekend am not going to get weighed this weekend due to my weekend celebrating so im classing it as i no move this week back to the walking and cc on monday so im hoping to see the scales going down again
