Hi I'm new. 6 stone to lose!

    Hi everyone :)

    had a major kick up the bum when I saw the scales after Christmas :( at my heaviest! Ever. Started eating healthy, want it to be a lifestyle change, slow and steady is my plan. I hope. Lost 6lbs in my first week so fingers crossed for my second. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

    Great start on your journey. I have started a calorie counting eating plan today. We are both about the same weight, lets hope the lbs drop off us forever. Keep up the good work.

    I sure hope so!!! I just hope the motivation stays. So easy to slip into naughty ways. It helps my partner wants to lose some weight too. He's lost 4lbs this week. How're you getting on?

    Good so far weigh myself tomorrow morning if I have not lost anything the motivation will disappear and I will be raiding the cupboards.

    Raiding it for fruit! We can do this! Imagine the difference by Christmas. That's my target. I keep looking online for summer clothes too. Imagine wearing anything!! That's my motivation, sick of being the fat one

    Getting fine 7lbs gone in the first week, hope week 2 goes ok. When you finish this journey you and your partner will look like 2 different people. Keep up the good work

    Hi everyone! I'm new here. I have 5st 3lb to lose, and started Cambridge diet 7th Jan. My weight loss so far is -
    Week 1 - 7lb
    Week 2 - 4lb
    I want to be at my target weight by August so I can wear a size 12 bikini :)
    I'm going to get there, and stay there
    Well, I feel that way now... Sometimes I just feel I want lasagna!

    Thanks for the welcome everyone... Weigh day again tomorrow. Last weigh in was only Tuesday, but weigh day changing permanently to Fridays now... Hoping for at least 1lb in 3 days!!! :D

    I just had another weigh in after changing weigh day from Tuesday to Friday, so it's only been 3 days, but I lost 1.8lb, in 3 days!!! I'll take that! Woohoo!
