Hi. I'm new here.


Today is day 4 for me. First time ever on LT.

I have more than 50kg to lose so I expect to be here for quite a while, and plan to do this 100% TFR.

I've started a diary to track my progress. 5 years ago I lost an extraordinary amount of weight through dieting and gym work... sadly I've put it all back on, but I am really kicking myself for not keeping a diary back then.


I intend on not repeating the same mistakes
