Welcome to the forums! And don't be sad at all, any loss is an achievement! Like I'm on LighterLife at the moment, on my Week 2 of redoing it, I lost 2lb, and I'm still proud. We can't all do 6lb a week, even 4 is a big ask!
Don't look at the numbers on the scale as the most important thing in the world! You are doing something about the thing that perhaps has been worrying you... The first step is the hardest and you've taken it! The journey may be slow, and tough, but take it one day at a time. You will get to your goal in the end.

you are all set to lose 1 stone in your first 4 weeks, and that is the average that a VLCD like LT, LL or CD says you should lose! :)
