honey nut shredded wheat!

    Hello its day one here and im trying to get my head around it all..

    by chance does anyone know if you can have honey nut shredded wheat as a healthy extra... im guessing not.. but they are in the cupboard and if i can... well saves the bin consuming them.

    Don't know if they are, but you wouldn't need to bin them, you could eat them and syn them :)
