Theres a new booklet out this week called simple start I got it at my meeting... basicslly filling and healthy for a week.. havent read it all yet but its a list of foods you can eat anytime without weighing or measuring anything.. gonna give it a go this week xx
 
Woohoo! Half thinkin of startin a new dairy in the diaries section.. to really give myself a proper run at these 3lbs.. when are you weighin Han? Xx
 
Friday still, weighed yesterday at 10st, not bad considering I've been off plan so long!! It's kind of my settled weight, can't complain really because it used to be about 11st7 a few year back!

3lbs to go!!! Just keep things the same & don't fret too much. When I got to goal first time those last few took longer than I'd hoped, but I got there & like I said above I've never gone back to the same weight even when I'm totally off plan for months, I guess some habits stick :)

Sorry not been on much guys, no internet at home!!! Grrrrr!! Sticking to simple start.. Quite surprised with myself but hope I stay with it.. How's everybody gettin on?? xx
 
Grrrrrr! Indeed! How's the revision going??? My assignment is due 2 weeks tomorrow & I still haven't pulled my finger out, oops!!

Hey guys... I'm baaaaack!!! Missed meeting tonight as have been working late.. Again!! Haven't been to wi in about 3 weeks but haven't been stuffing my face either.. College isn't too bad do far!! Passed my maths module so that's a loads off my mind!! How's everybody doin??? xxx
 
No chance!! Just been pootling along at 10st for weeks, saw a loss this week so pleased!! Back on pp & exercising more so hoping to see changes soon!!
