1. What was the turning point that got you to try SW?

It was photographs of me at Christmas. Normally, when some were taken, I'd have a few that I didn't really like, but never bothered me. These ones were all AWFUL! I looked fat, bloated, and not myself, and I didn't like it! I'd been so-called following another plan, and doing their exercise class once a week, and convinced myself that just cos I wasn't loosing, I was STS and that was fine. My sister joined SW before Christmas and lost a stone, just like that, and she looked great. So I had a long thought over Christmas, and joined the first week in January and I haven't looked back!

2. What's the biggest change you've made to your lifestyle since starting SW?

I think it's actually watching what I am eating, and trying new recipes. Okay, so some are vile and I'll never eat them again (Quorn sausage casserole, I can still remember the taste and texture!) but for the first time in my adult life, I am actually cooking, and enjoying it and enjoying the food I'm eating!

3. How has SW changed your life?

See the above. Trying new foods, and I have my confidence back. Dunno where the old me was hiding!

4. What's your exercise of choice?

I do a lot more walking now. I've started getting off of my bus 4 stops early, and walk through the park everyday to meet my kids from school. We usually all go out for a good long walk at weekends too, which is great for all of us, and our dog is happy!:D I also have a bicycle, and actually go out riding by myself! I may moan about my sore bum for a few days after, but I do really enjoy it!
