How can I target weight/Inch loss from my thighs?

Hi all,
I'm 2 weeks in a very pleased with my progress but I don't appear to be losing any Inches from my thighs. They are my worst feature as they are HUGE!!!!!
Has anyone got any ideas or suggestions that may help - I'm willing to try anything!
Ps they are bigger in circumference than my goal waist size lol!
 
Hang in there, they will go!

I loved my big thighs n now they are 3 inches smaller each suddenly!! Keep going it will come Xx

Can't spot reduce unfortunately LOL
 
Rebekah, your a sporty lady, are there any exercises you could suggest Hun?
 
Walking I find helps I usually do 5-7 miles every other day (sometimed everyday)

I train my legs heavy to maintain muscle mass. Usually two times a week

I use jillians legs thighs and bums, record if you have sky. Simple leg exercises.

Stick with the plan and any leg flob will come off!! Dont think you need to specifically train them!

I know how you feel! Im in exactly the same boat!

Its week 2 for me and I have lost 20lbs. Can feel my clothes loser, can take my jeans on and off without unbuttoning them now! lol!

Havent done measurements yet, plan to only measure once a month because this used to disappoint me before! lol
I have loads to lose and am a typical pear, so hoping as I lose, my thighs will lose in proportion!!! :) x
