How do Activity Points work?

I put this in my diary but I don't see why anyone would read it, and I'm quite confused!

I am a full member but I use a phone app to track with (brilliant one on Android called WWDiary)... but I'm not too sure if its doing the right thing with the Activity Points.

I know weeklies can be used across the week... but is that the same for activity points? Or do you have to use them on the same day you earn them?

Help wouldn't go amiss!

Also, those with some time to spare, could you check out my diary, read my daily food lists and let me know if I'm doing it right? Feel like a right scoffer *oink oink*. Would really appreciate it! :)

You can use activity points either way, I have mine set to use after my weeklies so they add up over the week :) although I try not to use them.
