This is where i struggle to use my syns, i dont have a problem so much with the meals (doing extra easy), i fill up on pasta, veg, chicken, jkt potatoes etc....but being used to ww i knew the point value of everything. And obviously cos it's a different diet, the syns values of what I call treats are soooooo high. So tend not too bother but then am hungry at suppertime Need to find a happy medium, or lots of low-syn treats, only on my 1st week (weigh in tomorrow) so sure time will have me amassing lots of ideas.
