Can you add Soya flour straight to liquid or does it go lumpy-like normal flour? Or should you add the liquid to it, like corn flour.
or should you mix with fat from meat prior to adding stock for gravy.
Have just bought a bag and want to use it for thickening things like gravy, and white-sauces.
