great thread, how I have changed is
1) I feel more positive for the future.
2)I am not disgusted every time I look in the mirror.
3)I talk about myself in positive terms, I try not to use the words stupid, fat and ugly, not always successful, but getting there.
4)I enjoy the comments from others about how much weight I have lost to date.
5)I love going down a size in clothes

A generalising see you next tuesday perhaps. LOL.
Has it occurred to you that if women all like a b'stard it's perhaps an evolutionary inevitability? Women, seeing that most (if not all) men are actually b'stards then in order for the human race to continue then they'd need to lower their standards and expectations. It's not that women love bstards, it's just that it's very slim pickings otherwise.

what a fab thread, its fantastic to read how every one is happier.
my hubby asked me one morning did i want to take mirror with me, i still cant beleive it,
i go to bed thinking of what to wear the next day,
have wardrobe well sorted out
have way more energy even orderd a wii fit & a hula hoop!!
used to say "no i dont" if some 1 told me i look well now i "say thank you"
want to socialise more
i actually look at people on street and think hey have u heard of lt you should try it
noooooooooooooo regrets loving Lipotrim & have to say guys loving this forum !!!

Nicola I know what you mean about seeing people in the street and being tempted to ask if they have heard of LT. I haven't yet, mainly coz I can't afford the dental bills if they feel insulted and punch my teeth out!! Lol!

LMAO! Yip. I know that feeling. Had it on Atkins 8 years ago (OMG was it really that long ago? sob sob), every time I saw a chub I was like -STAY AWAY FROM THE CARBS! lOWER YOUR BREAD AND STEP AWAY FROM THE SUGAR!
