How long to get back into ketosis

Hi all.

Feel really rubbish i ate choclate and a handfull of cereal.
Am on day 6 but struggiling with an ill 2 year old and think ive come down with her bug:cry:Just wanted to have some energy i felt so drained and poo!
Now i feel worse cos i'll have come out of ketosis.
Will it take another 4 days to get back in?
Got my first weigh in monday and feel like ive messed the whole thing up. Feel silly and angry and very weakwilled:sigh:.

anyone know whats best for me to do?

Well it shouldnt be harder to get into ketosis this time around, and because you havent eaten loads it might be quicker too :)

Drink plenty of water over the weekend and you should still be well rewarded on your first weigh in

The best idea is to drink lots of water, flush it through your system and hopefully you won't come out of ketosis. However, if you do, it shouldn't take too long to get back in, if you stick with it.

hey hun dont worry about it, didnt have much to eat..

Drink plenty of water, no more cheats and you will be bk in ketosis in no time!!
