Hi busybee, what a good reason to stick to it.
I have an 18 year old daughter as well, she's off to uni in 6 weeks
So far not doing that good this week, but determined to turn it around, off to the gym for a workout and swim, and hopefully get me in the zone.
I've been doing cd for about 10 months, with a couple of weeks break for holidays etc, but have really struggled since March and been losing and gaining the same 5=6 lbs

, it was when I went on to adding food to the plan that I found really hard, and kept adding things I shouldn't have. I find it hard as I'm a veggie, but I don't like quorn etc, so its more difficult.
determined to get to goal and maintain by Christmas.
