How much Bouillon?

I'm not a huge coffee drinker and I don't want to get stuck on coke zero (as the dt's from diet coke was awful!) so how much Bouillon can I have? It looks low carb/cal but I see there's quite a bit of salt in it.

I saw mention somewhere of a cordial that can be mixed with water. What was it please?

Hi, you can get reduced salt bouillon. Same brand. I drink about 3 cups a day, but they are fairly weak. I don't know what the limit should be.

Tesco's do a reduced Salt one for £1.6something, I have 3-4 with a heaped teaspoon in everyone one and It hasn;t thrown me out yet.
