HOW MUCH MIX A MOUSSE PER SCOOP???

I don' use mix-a-mousse very often but trying to be varied and thought I'd make a mousse for later but I've lost my scoop Does anyone know how much each scoop holds? I've got some of those sets of measuring spoons and I'm sure one of them will be about the same as a mam scoop - not sure which one though.

Anyone help me out here?

Oh and don't forget to make sure your water is VERY cold!!! Mike has the ideal way to make the mousse on his website - well suppose he would being ICEMOOSE!!!
