How to keep myself oqqupied on CD ss if not working atm, please help me

    I hate having so much time, I live alone so I emptied the whole flat from food, But late at night is where I find it so hard, can you suggest anything to help me through the first few days...

    hun, I suggest long hot baths, reading a good novel - taking up a new hobby, maybe painting, knitting or dressmaking...?

    Or you could ring that friend - you know the one that you cant get off the phone (we all one!!!) and let them keep you on the phone...

    hang in there hun - its worth it!!! :)

    Good suggestions with baths and phone etc. Just keep doing something, it is habit that makes you want to eat late at night I would think, you just need to break the habit. And keep drinking drinking drinking!!!
    Coming on here is a great suggestion, that always helps me. It does get easier!

    I work at home, so I've found that it's really tough at times. I've passed a rule that the kitchen is OFF LIMITS except when I'm in there making my shakes. If my spouse or kid want something to eat, they are on their own! (I know, I'm mean, but I've completely abandoned kitchen duty until I've lost the weight)
