How to tone up midsection?

Hi guys I hope you can help! I swim and walk alot so my thighs and calves are more defined, and my job and the swimming helps tone my arms but my midsection is still all flabby and crap :( I have back fat that sits on top of my waist and the horrible bits at the side of my boobs too. What can I do to tone that area up? I am losing inches and fat I just don't seem to be losing any of my back blubber and it looks awful :(
 
Look on youtube, there are lots of videos of different types of sit ups etc x
