Dunno what's wrong with me, I've hardly been able to stick to plan all week! One day on! Most days I've synned brekkie, lunch and dinner, eaten all those, and then got the munchies. I've not gone anywhere near the scales (I will once my Weetabix and tea have gone down) but I'm feeling very fat, sluggish and bloated again! Grrrr! I really don't want to gain tomorrow night, after last weeks little gain. Feeling a little disheartened!
