    Dunno what's wrong with me, I've hardly been able to stick to plan all week! One day on! Most days I've synned brekkie, lunch and dinner, eaten all those, and then got the munchies. I've not gone anywhere near the scales (I will once my Weetabix and tea have gone down) but I'm feeling very fat, sluggish and bloated again! Grrrr! I really don't want to gain tomorrow night, after last weeks little gain. Feeling a little disheartened! :(

    Oh dear, think about the rest of the time you have before WI tomorrow and make sure that you stick to plan from now until then. Don't carry on being off plan, you'll just feel worst.
    Plan some nice on plan food for today and tomorrow and make yourself stay in control.

    Thanks hon, I'm gonna try. As I say, everything else was perfectly synned, I've done more walking this week, but then little things kept popping into my mouth! Gonna do my best, just think I needed to say it out loud, and not just to my hubby!

    aww Claireybee....dont be a sad cat!!!! you be 100% from now until weigh in and you might be surprised - especially if you have been doing walking as well - you may come away with a maintain!

    I think you need to plan next week to the letter - keep a food diary and be 100% for an entire week.

    Yes, Claire - just get back on plan. There's no magic wand or time machine to turn back this week.

    There is always tomorrow. Put a line under it, take what WI brings, be it good, bad or indifferent, and next week is a new start.

    Great idea with the planning and diary every single morsel. If planned ahead, and written dwn it is more difficult to cheat imo.

    Keep a supply of fruit and vegegable sticks for thos munchie moments. Can't go wrong.

    Thanks girls, I did just that, and I lost 1/2 a pound! Not loads but boy, was I pleased!!

    Hope you can get out of this rut too Fern!
