Total Solution Hungry :(

Day 4 for me and been totally fine until NOW!! Feel soooooo hungry and it don't help I'm sat in a sweet shop on my own (I run one) not just sat here for the delish smell lol. I'm defo not gonna give in to the devil in my head just wanted to say ARGHHHHHHHH!! Phew feel better already.

Oh no how hard it must be to spend all day surrounded by sweets?!!! Poor you, not sure I'd have that much willpower! You're not alone in the hunger though, day 6 for me & I feel really famished today :-( oh well, think of the end result, off to get ANOTHER glass of water I suppose...... Good luck for the rest of the week & 1st weigh in
