Hungry!

Any ideas or strategies for evening munchies/cravings. I was fine the first week, shake, snack, shake, snakc, meal, snack, but week 2 I am really hungry in the evening. To stop it from being irretrievable I have at least limited my need for extra munchies to SF snacks, ie 2 snacks in the evening! I dont feel quite as guilty then ;) How has everyone else coped with this?

I usually choose snacks that are less than 100 calories, usually around 50 calories so that I can have 4 snacks instead of 2. Also if you are starting to feel hungry, have some water first and see if that helps.
