Any ideas or strategies for evening munchies/cravings. I was fine the first week, shake, snack, shake, snakc, meal, snack, but week 2 I am really hungry in the evening. To stop it from being irretrievable I have at least limited my need for extra munchies to SF snacks, ie 2 snacks in the evening! I dont feel quite as guilty then How has everyone else coped with this?
