I am so proud!!!!!

Ok, now to some of u 100%ers on cd and those who have will power, u will laugh at me, or whatever. However, i am quite proud of myself. I am at my aunties babysiting, and her house is filled with junk food, i mean filled, u name it, its here, crisps, every kind, every single chocolate bar ever made, and i was talking myself in2 having a chinese, 'oh no1 will no' kinda attitude, so i thought, il go and see how many calories are in chinese, and have the low fat options. WELL a cup, yes a cup ladies and gents, of fried rice has 363 calories!!!!!! :eek:

Oh my god, per cup!!!!! And my old (see how i use the word old) favourite, peking duck, without the sauce im assuming, is 650 calories per serving!!!!!:eek::eek::eek:

So after reading that shocking material, i have sat here, ate my peanut cruch bar and typed this, am now full (and proud) and am going to go and treat myself to a black coffee! I am so proud, as all my family called me the chinese queen before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The feeling is wicked!!!!!!

Well done for resisting chinese!!! Im in exactly the same position, im flicking through the chinese menu and i really want sweet and sour chicken balls and chips! Arghhh why is this diet so hard, but we can do it!!!!

Oh nicky, my weakness is crispy shreaded chicken or s+s cantoneese style. Oh my god, 10prawn balls is 1200 calories, thats like 2 and a half of our daily intake on ss!!! Chicken must roughly be same. Think tho, once we get 2 goal, a crafty 1 now and again maybe, just not now, stick it out!!!!!! U no, looking on t'internet at all the calories in my old diet is really helping me see im on the right path 2 a different lifestyle.x x x x Cheers ladies. :p :p :p

So much, and if u think even the skinny skinny people who never put on weight even after eating this kinda food, just imagine there arteries! So skinny they may be, but healthy prob not. x x x x

OM WORD! When I was a naughty and daft person last week I actually ate a whole special fried rice. all by myself. No wonder my scales are still stuck.
And- do you know-I didn't even enjoy it. In fact, I felt totally rubbish -ate it alone, in secret and in a hurry like the gulity addict I still am.
Sorry-I will rephrase- I am a recovering addict!

It is so hard letmeout, its horrible. Im still on here like an hour later so detract from the chinese. I ahdone about 3 weeks ago, i felt so so so **** id ate it, so i just thought back 2 that felling tonight. Move onwards and upwards chick. x x x x x
