Signed up last night, got all my bits and bobs. trying to understand it. I have 32 points per day. Weighed in at 15.7

Will weigh in on Tuesdays.

20g Puffed wheat & 50ml Milk 3

Strawbs, grapes, bananas, clementine, apple. 0

Batch cooked hubby 8 dinners in between brekkie and lunch to keep hands busy and mind off food.

I feel a bit strange i dont feel hungry and feel like i am doing summat wrong?

Before brekkie i made the kids (3) and hubby, coconut cupcakes, chocolate sponge cake and pizza. I didnt lick the spoon once - RESULT!

Morning :)
Your diaries are looking good :) Just a little tip, be careful with things like ww sausages. Although 1 sausage is 1pp when you have 2 it's 3pp, 3 would be 4pp etc. It's all to do with the numbers rounding up or down with multiple items. The same happens with the ww bread.

Gonna have the same as lunch but more veg and 2 WW sausages

I am so flipping mad at myself. When i left the ww meeting last friday i was so postive, looking forward to the new plan. Once i read most of the books and got started i was even more "in the zone" but 2 days of binging and i am back to square one again - wot an idiot.

Just made another cake for the family and i know i will eat a fair chunk of it.

Guess i just feel i have fallen off the wagon 2-3 times this week and why should i bother getting back on cos weigh in day is gonna be dissapointing. I have paid up from for the first month as well :banghead:

gotta be good today - first weigh in tomorrow.

Went to pound shop this morning at got some WW Mallow wafers. quite nice, bit tight though - only 4 per pack?? Pink and whites have 6! Just as well really as i rarely have 1 its usually 1 pack.
