Signed up last night, got all my bits and bobs. trying to understand it. I have 32 points per day. Weighed in at 15.7

Strawbs, grapes, bananas, clementine, apple. 0
Batch cooked hubby 8 dinners in between brekkie and lunch to keep hands busy and mind off food.

Brocoli & Leeks
I feel a bit strange i dont feel hungry and feel like i am doing summat wrong?

60g extra light soft cheese 2
1 egg white 0
garlic

2 alpen lights 4
ww pastilles 1

sofa snacks 7 (my worst time of day)
