Really Really Really Really BAD day yesterday. Too much to write down and add up.

Sorry to hear about yesterday,sounds like you are turning it back around though which is good! Off days are just one of those things I feel sometimes,it's what we do after that day that counts :0)
 
Its gonna be a bad day. Not much sleep and starving. Fruit just dosent cut it for me to fill up on.

1 Slice of wholemeal bread and LF marg with crusts cut off.
2 slices wholemeal bread and marg
2 boiled eggs 4
Slice of Tesco value flapjack 5

Lunch
5 x sainsburys ring donuts

Afternoon
2 value pain chocolate
75g sainsburys chocolate hearts
full fat cheese wholemeal sarnie with crusts off


Fruit makes me hungry and drives my blood sugars mad!

Protein helps to reduce hunger so if you had some slices of ham/chicken or turkey in the fridge it would help curb the hunger and be sure to drink water as that helps as well.

Love your diary, keep up the good work and remember we all have our bad days, try not to let them get you down and move forward:)

20g Puffed wheat & 100ml skimmed milk 3

Went to Tesco/M&S at Holmbush, and ate

6 Teso butter croissants 33

Then, corner shop was giving away bread, so had...

1 slice toast and bovril ?
cheese and ham sandwich?

Just have to realise that tomorrow weigh in is like starting from scratch. :cry:

Ive had a chat with myself, had a last supper and its all about being good today. Oh and its * week so that doent help!

Even if the chinese takeaway over the road does smell gorgeous!

Arghhh, waiting for a Tesco grocery delivery is like pulling teeth - where are they i want fresh fruit! Anyway...............

Pleased with my stay the same yesterday. Ww leader and i are treating it like a start again. Off on holiday for a few days in 10 days so lets see what i can acheive.

Feeling sad, have a headache through crying. Today is the day i have been dreading for 5 years. My eldest, beautiful, incredible, sensitive daughter has gone away to the Isle of Wight with her school. She is back friday but i miss her and want her back so badly. Didnt eat anything for breakfast in fear i might chuck it up through crying and saying goodbye.

Went for retail therapy (mainly kids clothes!) up the town. Ended up in pound shop hungry, so bought some crap in there and ate it :cry:

So i now have 4 points for the rest of the day. So if i stick to fruit and have a chicken stir fry for dinner i should be ok.

Hi there.Sorry to hear you are feeling low today,it's hard when our kids start to grow up and go off and do things without us but I'm sure she will have a lovely time and just think Friday will soon be here when you both can catch up on how her holiday went,I'm sure she misses you too and I hope you have a fab weekend when she gets back :0)
