Then i am very very happy to have u here - i havent managed to get to a class this week to register as hubby has been home all week and i want to sneak out and do it without him knowing. If he finds out im joining a club he will watch and question everything i eat and that will send me running back to crusty bread and biscuits again!. x

Ok so honestly, its been such a busy hectic stressy day and things have gone slightly wrong, as you'll see, back to being a good girl tomorrow...

Home and dont know what to cook - i fancy a curry, i wont as i'm too tired to collect it, so i just dont know.......

2 dry fried egg sandwiches with ww bread 10
found a ww meal n freezer no pp said 238 cals. pasta and chicken bake. 6?

170g 'Normal' Pouch of Minstrels is 24pp, 290g 'Large' Pouch is 40pp.

170g 'Normal' Bag of Fruit Pastilles is 16pp.

Fingers crossed you only had the normal size of each for a total of 40pp.

Hey Sweetie :) How are you feeling today? I had never had those 'Steaks' before and a couple of weeks ago they were £1 in Asda so I tried them, didn't think they were too bad at all. Hope you've had a good Saturday x

Back on track today. scales were same today as they were yesterday so hopefully i can pull things back. Got into quorn steaks on SW kinda easy thing to remember they are 3 points. Enjoying your food today??

So glad to hear you're back on track Sweetie, food today has been yummy! I went to the pub for lunch and made a good choice so it only 'cost' me 9pp! So far so good with the plan, I find 26pp plenty on a daily basis. X
