Fantastic, well done you, amazing xxx

GSQ how are you finding the last stone are you being TS or WS? I have suffered with the last stone, I'm on my last 7-10lbs depending what suits my weight.

umm its slower for sure. I am doing TS now, my holiday it was add a meal. I find adding a meal around work do's and social events works best for me. I find you have to live, work, socialise and have a life on TS - so instead on add a meal week I add a meal as and when. I also seem to lose more after adding a meal for a day or so. Again my body changes before the scales catch up too - now size 12.
Not ready for WS yet, I want to try to shift the last stone or so.

I hope this helps.

HI GSQ,

got a quick question, how much did you weight loss slow down to in the last four weeks? I'm curious as I have a deadline by which I need to drop this weight so kinda want to know roughly what to expect? I know it'll be different for everyone but I'd like to hear about your experience nearing goal.

Hi there - I was initially losing a stone a month, now it's nearer half a stone but still downwards. The last four weeks - I was on holiday for three and actually lost two pounds. Not sure if this helps at all but I am still at least a stone away from my target. Size 22/24 to size 12. I started on March 7th. My graph has flattened out a bit now but I am still losing - I can tell by my clothes.

Hope this helps a bit - GSQ
