Aww hun, hope it isn't too bad, I'm sure the 1200 plan is a good idea for energy but being ill you'll probably keep losing anyway.

Hey Hannah.
Just wanted to send you big hugs hon, hope you get better very soon.. My husband was on the tammiful he said it made him feel worse when he was taken it.........
Keep drinking lots of fluids hon and good plan for doing 1200 whilst taken it..
