I had 180g tuna this evening, was genuinely hungry and felt miles better after it, with a dr pepper zero.

My confession.... I started with a tin of tuna... Then had 2 boiled eggs... Then thought sod it n had some quavers and a bowl of ice cream :-( I've been doing so well as well! So ur good for just having the tuna hun.... Feeel sooo sick n stupid now! Xxx

Confessions( is a tin of tuna worthy of a 'confession?') completely necessary for me, it's as if i tell someone it's ok and I don't have to beat myself up for it. I did actually feel hungry so
I have no qualms about it.

Uh oh, the quavers and ice cream are gonna set you back UNLESS maybe you cane the water and go for lots of fast walks?
