I'm upping my miles again this weekend, going to be the first weekend I try an electrolyte tablet in my water and jelly babies for on my way (not sure how far I'm running yet but want to do at least 9, aiming for 10 though)

Thursday 21st

Breakfast/snacks on night shift - melon, 2 satsumas, banana, ml yog, lots of black coffee, 2 small choc brownies!

Lunch - leftover chilli, black coffee

Dinner - it's all gone wrong!

Syns - don't want any lol

Right, need to get my butt on track again. Battling with sleep exhaustion from nights is harder than I thought :-( had a serious binge last night. Why would I do this now I'm at target, thoroughly fed up. Esp as this weekend is mother-in-laws 60th so meal at harvester tomorrow and cream tea sunday :-(

Friday 22nd

Breakfast - 2 weetabix with blueberries, black coffee (hexa&b)

Lunch - scrambled egg, mushrooms, 'fried' tomatoes

Dinner - ww sausages (2 syns), bns mash, carrots, leeks, porcini mushrooms in a tsp butter (1.5 syns), homemade BBQ sauce - yum :)

Snacks - 2 alpen light bars (hexb), 2 cheddar biscuits (2 syns)

Syns - 5.5

Exercise - 40min workout dvd, davina - feel good :)

Dont beat yourself up over it, enjoy the weekend, we all need a treat every now and then.

I have had a bad week and put on 5lb! but I am staying positive and I will not give up!
 
Thanks hun! It's crazy how much you can put on in a week isn't it. Been good so far today :) gonna be really good at the harvester cos I'd rather save my syns for the cream tea sun! Will have a run sun morning to try and help too lol

It's so easy to be good at harvester :)

enjoy your weekend, I'm sure its not all been as bad as you think. I've not been great this week either though, been really good on the days I have been good so hoping that will counteract when I've been bad, that plus the running.
 
Saturday 23rd

Brekkie - banana and custard muller light with raspberries

Lunch - wm roll pizza (hexb) with cheese (hexa), BBQ sauce, mushroom, peppers and salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, celery, balsamic)

Dinner - harvester, chicken, salad, new potatoes, strawberry sundae :)

Syns - all on a pudding!

Exercise - walk/park with the boys

Ooh, my wm pizza yesterday was lovely:) are you going to use the BBQ sauce instead of tomato,because that sounds yum!!

I think I need to check this recipe. I need to make a batch of syn free onion chutney too, lasts ages and is an excellent accompaniment to lots of dishes. Making burgers later so the BBQ sauce will go well :)
 
It was soooo easy and very tasty :) onion chutney sounds good, I like my pickle so a syn free chutney sounds grand!

Just found the recipe you posted, I have all the ingredients in the house! Sorted :)

There's a thread called 'Syn free onion chutney/marmalade'
You have to make sure you use the right type of sweetener- sucralose rather than aspartame - I think its that way round.. the Aldi one is the right one. It does make the house smell rather vinegary for a day, but well worth it!!

Lunch - wm roll with cheese, apple, 7up zero

Snack - flapjack and black coffee

Dinner - pulled pork, new potatoes, salad, BBQ sauce

Exercise - 3 mile walk sculpture trail, Forest of Dean

Syns - too many but it's the weekend!

Lunch - pulled pork, salad, wm roll, banana, apple, ml yog (hexb)

Dinner - gammon, veg, 2 fried eggs

Syns - 8 - cadburys mousse (3syns), 2 mini creme eggs (5syns)
